Fried Green vegetable with Stiitake is a Simple home-cooked fare, the main materials are green vegetable and stiitake mushroom. A crisp and refreshing dish helps to cleanse your body.
Mushroom ——— around 10-12 pieces
(depends on the size of mushroom, media size is better)
Green Vegetable ————— 300-500G
Garlic ———- Appropriate amount
Oil ———– Appropriate amount
Salt ———— Appropriate amount
Starchy Flour for thickening ————– Appropriate amount
1. Wash the Green vegetable clean. Soak the mushrooms in water ,cut the garlic.
2. Boil the water in the pot, blanch mushroom with water and pick it up.
3. Heat the rape heart in the water for two minutes, moderate amount of oil and salt, it keeps the vegetables green and doesn’t change color. Pick it up and put it on a plate.
4. Put oil in the pan and fry garlic, pour in mushrooms and stir fry.
5. Add some oyster sauce.
6. Pour into the water starch.
7. Place the mushroom into plate, serve with the sauce.
